We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Personal checks,
and purchase orders on established accounts. You are invited to establish an
account in the name of your team school or group. Credit will only be extended
to high school teams with a purchase order or requisition on file. Our terms
are net 30 days after invoice date. A late payment finance charge of 1.5% per
month will be charged on past due accounts. Customers will be responsible for
all charges associated with collections. A $40.00 fee will be charged to all
returned checks. We charge your card when the order is placed.
Our internet low price guarantee assures you that
you are getting a competitive, low price. If you find a price lower than ours
on the Internet, and you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, you
may qualify for a price match.
Price match conditions:

Price guarantee excludes closeout specials, auction items, clearance items,
refurbished or used products, special orders, products subject to a no return
policy and incorrect pricing that is the result of a typographical error or

All items are FOB Bellevue, WA or FOB Origin for drop shipments made directly
from manufacturers. All purchases made from this website are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from this
website pass to you the consumer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You
are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost
shipments. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer in which case
shipping charges may be calculated based on manufacturers location.

Rates apply to regular UPS ground or USPS shipments within the continental
United States - Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping
fees.
Additional shipping charges will be applied for heavy items (pool
equipment, fins & other training equipment) and destinations outside the
continental United States. Customers will be responsible for
additional shipping charges and will be contacted by Sylvia's Swimwear customer
service for approval prior to shipment.
Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day & UPS Second Day) is a premium service
where prices may vary. Customers will be contacted by Sylvia’s Swimwear
customer service to approve additional shipping charges prior to shipment.
We do not ship product outside the U.S. or its territories. We can ship to the
48 contiguous states, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the
Virgin Islands. A physical address is required for all shipments sent via UPS.
All orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS.
Free shipping, if available, excludes clearance, oversized, heavier items, and
service to AK and HI. If you order items with different shipping availability
dates, each item will ship as soon as it becomes available. In the event that
your order was shipped under any promotional offer, but returns were made which
changed your qualification for such offer, the appropriate fees will be
deducted from your refund.

FREE Super Saver Shipping - The Fine Print
- All online orders over $100 pre-tax will calculate as a FREE Super Saver Shipping at checkout, however, ineligible orders will have shipping charges added after your order is placed.
- Free Super Saver Shipping is only available for online orders only and is not available on in-store, mail, call or fax in orders. Team, group or bulk orders, large quantity/multiple box orders, oversized, and/or heavy items may have additional shipping charges associated with them.
- If you qualify for FREE Super Saver Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
- FREE Super Saver Shipping orders ship when all items ordered become available to ship.
- Canceling items, combining orders, changing your shipping address, or requesting expedited shipping might affect your order's eligibility for Super Saver Shipping.
- Excludes all Deck Equipment items and items marked as a “Heavy Item” in product descriptions
- Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only.
- Weekend delivery is not available.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within two business days and customers can
expect delivery of orders within seven business days depending upon their
proximity to the shipping point. However, not all of the items listed on our
site are available for immediate shipment; In which case you will receive an
email from a customer service representative with the availability/delivery
status of products ordered. Please allow for weekends and holidays when
calculating your ship time, and remember that the day your order is shipped
does not factor into the time in transit.
Selecting an expediting shipping method, One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, does not
necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Changing your
shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date,
but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).
If you have any questions regarding expedited shipping, please contact customer
service. All upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not process exchanges. Simply place a new order for the desired product and return qualifying items within 30 days of original invoice date for a full refund. The process will be handled as a Return in accordance with our Returns policy. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original products before placing a new order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Sylvia’s will gladly accept returns within 30 days of invoice date on non-custom products, except where noted.
New, unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in original, unused/unopened condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact. Custom products are NOT RETURNABLE. Orders for custom products or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Any Blister packed products or items that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
Please inspect your products before wearing. We cannot accept returns on used, decorated, washed, or worn products under any circumstances. If a product is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the item will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense. To prevent return negating damage, please use care when trying on products for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume, smoke, pet hair, finger nails and jewelry can cause the item to become soiled or damaged and therefore nonreturnable.
Defective products may be replaced at our discretion for no extra charge within 30 days of invoice. Incorrect shipping or unused defective products MUST be reported to us within one (1) week of receipt.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer and should only be made to the address listed on our
Return Mailing Label regardless of shipping origin. Shipments made to any other address or location may cause significant delays in processing your return. Protect yourself by sending packages via insured mail or insured UPS. All refused and unclaimed shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a Return. In the event that your order was shipped for FREE, but returns were made which dropped your total charge to below the required promotional limit, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Only store credit will be issued for online purchases returned/exchanged at our retail locations, fittings or other events. Unauthorized returns or returns not meeting our returns policy will be refused at customer’s expense.
Sylvia's Swimwear Inc. reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.

Please allow 7-10 days for processing of your return. If a refund is due, you
will be refunded in the same method in which you paid. If a refund check is
due, please be advised it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund. For
credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your
bank statement. In the event that your order was shipped under any promotional
offer, but returns were made which changed your qualification for such offer,
the appropriate fees will be deducted from your refund.
All items will be shipped free of manufacturers defects.
Any manufacturer’s defective item must be reported to us in writing within seven
business days of receipt. Items damaged or lost in transit must be noted with the
carrier by the customer at the time of delivery. Failure to report damages/shortages
of goods to the carrier render damages/shortages the sole responsibility of the customer.
All manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer terms and
conditions. Sylvia’s Swimwear, Inc. makes no other warranties or
representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, except that of
title, and all implied warranties including any warranty or merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
In no event shall
Sylvia's Swimwear be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages.
Manufacturer warranties are serviced directly through the manufacturer by the
customer and Sylvia’s make no express or implied warranty with sale.

taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
