SHIPPING

All items are FOB Bellevue, WA or FOB Origin for drop shipments made directly from manufacturers. All purchases made from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from this website pass to the consumer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Consumer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer in which case shipping charges may be calculated based on manufacturers location.

Rates apply to regular UPS ground or USPS shipments within the continental United States - Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. Additional shipping charges will be applied for heavy items (pool equipment, fins & other training equipment) and destinations outside the continental United States. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges and will be contacted by Sylvia’s Swimwear customer service for approval prior to shipment.

Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day & UPS Second Day) is a premium service where prices may vary. Customers will be contacted by Sylvia’s Swimwear customer service to approve additional shipping charges prior to shipment.

We do not ship product outside the U.S. or its territories. We can ship to the 48 contiguous states, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. A physical address is required for all shipments sent via UPS. All orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS.

Free shipping, if available, excludes clearance, oversized, heavier items, and service to AK and HI. If you order items with different shipping availability dates, each item will ship as soon as it becomes available. In the event that your order was shipped under any promotional offer, but returns were made which changed your qualification for such offer, the appropriate fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • All online orders over $75 pre-tax will calculate as free shipping at checkout. Ineligible orders will have shipping charges added after your order is placed.
  • Free shipping is only available for online orders only and is not available on in-store, mail, call or fax in orders. Team, group or bulk orders, large quantity/multiple box orders, oversized, and/or heavy items may have additional shipping charges associated with them.
  • If you qualify for free shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
  • Free shipping orders ship when all items ordered become available to ship.
  • Canceling items, combining orders, changing your shipping address, or requesting expedited shipping might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
  • Excludes all Deck Equipment items and items marked as a “Heavy Item” in product descriptions
  • Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only.
  • Weekend delivery may not be available.
  • Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
  • May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is applied.
  • You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $75.

Delivery

Packages left at the delivery address are considered delivered. Sylvia’s Swimwear is not responsible for packages once they have been received by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Delivery Time

Standard Orders: Most in-stock orders are shipped within two business days and customers can expect delivery of orders within seven business days depending upon their proximity to the shipping point. However, not all of the items listed on our site are available for immediate shipment; In which case you will receive an email from a customer service representative with the availability/delivery status of products ordered. Please allow for weekends and holidays when calculating your ship time, and remember that the day your order is shipped does not factor into the time in transit.

Selecting an expediting shipping method, One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability). If you have any questions regarding expedited shipping, please contact customer service. All upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.

MyTeams™ Orders: All MyTeams™ orders take approximately 3-6 weeks for processing from the team ordering deadline established by the team. Final delivery is typically in the 4th week, but may vary depending on the products and services chosen by your team. You will be notified of any lengthy delays or backorders.
